Things to Think About
- Decide on a date and book early. Waiting can keep you out of the running.
- Know the type of event and food service you would like, (ie. Hors d'oeuvres, cocktail hour, seated dinner, buffet or stations.
- Set a budget for food service
- Would you like the food to coincide with a particular theme?
- Will you need flowers, photographer, rentals or music?
- Work closely with your caterer to communicate your thoughts to him/her.
