Thank you for your interest in our culinary program. We at Chef Within and Aaron
Jonas Catering look forward to you joining us for an exciting cooking event at
our boutique school at 434 Payran Street in Petaluma. Currently we are offering
public and private culinary experiences such as our 6 week Basic Cooking 101
series, to Sushi Making, Knife skills and much more. Host a private class with a
group of friends or co-workers, as individuals can create a custom menu with
recipes and tools to take home for their guests!
Pricing starts at $30-100 per person. Most classes listed below are $55.00
per guest. We provide a beautiful complimentary artisan cheese plate with fresh
fruit and crostini!
The night begins with a twenty-five minute culinary demo led by a trained
chef who demonstrates key techniques and juicy secrets from the culinary
entertainment world. Students then break into small groups, choosing the most
appetizing dishes they would like to cook, and dive right into the neatly
arranged trays of ingredients and instructions. For the next hour, snacking,
drinking, cooking and laughing occurs. When the dishes are nearing their
completion, our staff pulls large decorative platters and brings out a garnish
tray with herbs and seasonings. Once the plating and presentation is completed,
the group gets to indulge in a delicious family style feast.
The rest of the evening we relax, sip coffee or tea and… shop!.

wares and Italian ceramics retailer, Haus Fortuna.
We now offer a fantastic selection of cookware and books by the acclaimed
Chef Mario Batali. In addition, all students will receive a 15% off the entire
stock at Haus Fortuna, located in the Theatre District at 111 2nd Street,
Petaluma. We also feature top quality knives from Sonoma Cutlery in downtown
Petaluma.
At Chef With & Aaron Jonas Catering, guests learn new ways to think about
cooking and entertaining through teamwork. In the end, our clients have made new
friends, new recipes and a treasured memory.
